Here is the step by step process of how to Create 3D Diagram in PowerPoint 2013 in urdu + hindi. This is a very useful diagram to showcase any consulting diagram or 4 part relationship.

Add a Block arc from autoshapes menu

reduce the width by toggling the yellow handle

reduce the arc so that it forms one part i.e. a quadrant

create 3 copies of the arc just created.

Use the Arrange and Rotate tools to create the 4 parts of the circles

Align them properly by going to Arrange and Align center and middle.

Color each quadrant differently. You can do this by applying quick styles.

From shape outline add a white outline to all the quadrants.

Increate the width of the outline to around 4.

To give the circle a 3D perspective

Select and group the quadrants

Go to format shape option, set the 3D Perspective as relaxed

Next give it a bevel as Cross Bevel

In 3D Format options, set the depth to 30

Add a grey color if required for the depth.

Change the Material in 3D options to Dark Edge and set the Lighting to Balanced.

Play with the material and lighting till you are happy with it.

Add a Shadow if required.

For the markers on each quadrant, add an oval. Use Preset 2 in shape preset.

Copy the resulting beveled markers on to other quadrants.

Add your text and animations and your four quadrant circle in PowerPoint is ready.
